1. About North 37th Studios

North 37th Studios is a songwriting, music production, and creative project operated by Mike Gisick in Wichita, Kansas. North 37th is the artist and music project through which many original songs are released.

North37th.com may feature original songs, music videos, stories behind the songs, streaming links, custom song requests, artist submissions, licensing opportunities, and links to third-party music and social platforms.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful personal, informational, entertainment, and business purposes consistent with these Terms of Use.

You agree not to:

4. Song Requests and Southbound Request

North 37th Studios may allow visitors to submit stories, memories, information, ideas, musical preferences, and other details for consideration in the creation of an original song through Southbound Request or another North 37th service.

By submitting information, you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that your submission does not knowingly infringe the rights of another person.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, submitting a song request does not transfer ownership of any resulting song, lyrics, composition, recording, arrangement, or production to the requester. North 37th Studios retains ownership of original music and lyrics created through the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Submission of a request does not guarantee that a song will be created, released, distributed, published, promoted, or made publicly available.

5. Artist and Music Submissions

North 37th Studios may provide opportunities for artists, songwriters, musicians, or other creators to submit music or related materials for consideration.

Submission does not create an employment relationship, partnership, recording agreement, publishing agreement, management relationship, licensing agreement, or other contractual relationship unless a separate written agreement is entered into.

You should only submit material that you own or have the legal authority to submit.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Services

North37th.com may contain links to or integrations with third-party services including TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Music, Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, iHeartRadio, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

North 37th Studios does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, policies, security, or functionality.

Your use of a third-party platform is also subject to that platform’s own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

7. TikTok Integration

North37th.com may use TikTok services or APIs to display authorized TikTok profile information, videos, or related content.

Any TikTok information accessed through an authorized connection is used only for the functionality described on North37th.com and is subject to applicable TikTok platform requirements and the North 37th Studios Privacy Policy.

TikTok is a third-party platform and is not owned or controlled by North 37th Studios.

We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any portion of the website or its services at any time.

We do not guarantee that North37th.com will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

10. Disclaimer

North37th.com and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

North 37th Studios makes no guarantee that information, third-party links, streaming availability, platform integrations, or other website features will always remain current or available.
